WHEN TO ORDER
We appreciate receiving your order as far in advance as possible. Please order no later than 2:00 p.m. the day before, and by Noon on Saturday
for Sunday or Monday delivery.
We’ll do everything we can to accommodate same day orders, however, menu and delivery choices may be limited. Talk with a Party Planner about availability.
For luncheons and events during the two weeks before Christmas, please talk to your party planner about timing, availability, and delivery options.
Our famous Italian beef and sausage, bread and peppers, are always available on demand as part of our Buona-by-the-Pound and Buona Party Packs, at any of our restaurant locations.
DELIVERY
Delivery service is available 24 hours a day, throughout Chicago and suburbs.
We’ll deliver, unpack, and set up your order, unless you’d prefer to do it yourself (we can also serve and clean up after your event—a minimum
of four hours of service time is required).
Our minimum delivery order is $100.00, there is a 10% charge on all deliveries with a minimum charge of $24.95. Our maximum delivery charge is $39.95.
If you choose to pick up your order, we’ll have it ready for you at the restaurant location that’s most convenient for you throughout Chicagoland.
Remember, some food needs to be heated—so allow 60 minutes for food to warm to serving temperature.
Of course, for business meetings, you can order food to be delivered hot and
ready to serve.

We accept all major credit cards, or ask your Party Planner about opening a BUONA Corporate Account.
