HOW TO ORDER

  • Just call 708-749-2333 and talk to a Party Planner, or at www.buona.com.
  • Our office hours are: M-F 8:30 a.m.-7:00 p.m.; Sat. 9:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.; closed Sun.
  • After hours, please order online or leave us a message and we’ll confirm your online order or return your call the next business day. Or just stop in at any BUONA restaurant and place your order with a restaurant manager.

WHEN TO ORDER

  • We appreciate receiving your order as far in advance as possible. Please order no later than 2:00 p.m. the day before, and by Noon on Saturday for Sunday or Monday orders.  We can always accommodate last-minute orders with limited menu and delivery options.

PICK UP

  • All of our catering items can be scheduled for convenient pick-up at any Buona location.

DELIVERY

  • Delivery service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, throughout Chicago and suburbs.
  • We’ll deliver, unpack, and set up your order, unless you’d prefer to do it yourself (we can also serve and clean up after your event—a minimum of four hours of service time is required).
  • Our minimum delivery order is $100.00, there is a 10% charge on all deliveries with a minimum of $24.95.  Our maximum delivery charge is $39.95.
  • Remember, some food needs to be heated—so allow 60 minutes for food to warm to serving temperature.  Ask about our hot delivery service if you would like it delivered hot and ready to serve.

PAYMENTS

  • We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks.  Or ask about setting up a convenient Corporate Account (24 hour notice required).
