As District Manager, Pete is responsible for the performance of six Buona Restaurants. Pete started with Buona Restaurants as a cashier in 1992 at age 17. His hard work quickly earned him the position of General Manager. Pete's leadership and team building led to his promotion to District Manager. Pete and the Buona Restaurants have grown together!

As the General Manager, Jorge is responsible for the total operations of a Buona Restaurant. Jorge started out as 16-year-old cook in 1992. He learned all the positions and soon was promoted to kitchen manager.
