Catering FAQ's

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE DO I NEED TO PLACE MY ORDER?

We appreciate receiving your order with as much notice as possible, however you have until 2pm the day before your event to place or change your order. If your order is on a Sunday or a Monday you have until 12 noon on the Saturday before. There are some items that are available with little or no notice, please contact our office at 877-MY-BUONA for more information

WHEN DO YOU DELIVER?

We deliver throughout Chicago-land and suburbs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM SIZE ORDER I CAN HAVE DELIVERED?

We will deliver any order over $100 (M-F) and over $150 (SA-SU).

WILL MY FOOD BE HOT WHEN IT IS DELIVERED?

We find the quality to be at its best when food is brought to the proper serving temperature on-site, and then served immediately. We have found that if food is heated completely and then sent out for delivery as many caterers do, the quality suffers and it’s like eating left-overs. We pride ourselves in the quality we serve and choose to take some extra steps to ensure your meal is at the highest level of quality.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY?

STANDARD Delivery and set up is $15.00, and PREMIUM HOT DELIVERY is available for $25.00.

CAN I PICK UP AT ANY BUONA RESTAURANT?

Yes, you can! Simply call our catering office at 877-MY-BUONA to place your order and your catering coordinator will set up your pick up at the restaurant of your choosing.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We accept all major credit cards including American Express, along with cash. For our corporate customers talk to your catering coordinator about setting up a corporate account

HOW MANY SANDWICHES CAN I GET FROM A POUND OF BUONA BEEF?

Each pound will make approximately Five (5) 4-inch sandwiches.

DOES THE BEEF COME WITH GRAVY?

Our beef always comes with our gravy.

HOW DOES THE BEEF COME PACKAGED?

The beef will be in vacuum sealed plastic bags with the gravy in separate, sealed containers.
